These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jeli90 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jeli90 website located at https://jeli90.app, including all games, betting services, payment processing, promotional offers, and customer support provided therein.

Accepted documents typically include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. jeli90 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on jeli90 is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your jeli90 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. For bKash and Nagad transactions, this typically occurs within seconds. For bank transfer methods, processing times may extend to one business day depending on the sending institution and transaction timing relative to banking hours in Bangladesh.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are processed the same day. Requests submitted after the daily cutoff or on a public holiday in Bangladesh will be processed on the next available business day. jeli90 targets a maximum withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers once the request has been approved by our payments team.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the account, or to a verified bank account in the player's own name. jeli90 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy is in place to protect players from fraud and to comply with our anti-money laundering obligations.

jeli90 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems high-risk, including large withdrawal amounts, first withdrawals on recently registered accounts, or withdrawals following an unusual pattern of play. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on the part of the player.

All funds deposited on jeli90 are held exclusively for gaming purposes and may not be transferred between player accounts. jeli90 does not pay interest on player balances.

From time to time, jeli90 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pahela Baishakh, the Bangladesh Premier League, or the ICC T20 World Cup, and other incentives to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all jeli90 promotional offers unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion details.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice.

• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all active bonuses being voided.
• Abuse: jeli90 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player or group of players is abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeli90 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, or sharing account access to enable such conduct.
• Money Laundering: Using jeli90 as a mechanism to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. jeli90 is obligated to report suspected money laundering activity to relevant authorities.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated software, scripts, AI-assisted decision tools, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over jeli90's systems.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute on a deposit that has been used for betting on jeli90. Such actions constitute fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
• Harassment: Using jeli90's chat features or support channels to harass, threaten, or abuse jeli90 staff or other players.
• Underage Access Facilitation: Allowing or enabling any person under the age of 18 to access or use your jeli90 account.

jeli90 uses automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, jeli90 will act swiftly and without prior warning where delay could cause harm to the platform or to other players.

jeli90 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Player request — including self-exclusion requests submitted under jeli90's responsible gaming programme.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero account balance.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requiring account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email and provided with a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except where immediate closure is necessary to prevent ongoing harm or loss to jeli90 or to other players.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason — including as part of a responsible gaming decision — should contact jeli90 support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closures are processed within 24 hours. Any verified withdrawable balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of standard verification checks.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed) with a zero balance. Dormant accounts may be administratively closed by jeli90. Where a dormant account holds a positive balance, jeli90 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before any administrative closure is actioned.

jeli90 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jeli90 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, accurate, and free from errors at all times, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the complete absence of technical faults, particularly given the dependence of the platform on third-party infrastructure including game providers, payment processors, and internet service providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeli90 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to access, the jeli90 platform.
• Any technical failure, server downtime, network interruption, or data transmission error that results in a bet being voided, delayed, or incorrectly recorded.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the jeli90 platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional details, where such information contains an error or is subsequently revised.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any nature, even if jeli90 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jeli90's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladesh law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jeli90's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
